My Sister's House
My Sister’s House is a unique program addressing the needs of women surviving domestic violence and/or risk of becoming homeless. Case management services include educational, academic, healthy life skills, parenting, relationship and vocational training. Women and children receive mental health counseling to help them resolve their trauma and address any issues that may impact their future success. My Sister's House opened in Winter Haven, FL in September 2010.

Program Criteria
- A need for housing and personal support
- Must meet federal guidelines for homeless
- Single mother age 18 or older
- Up to 3 children age 18 or younger
- Capable of obtaining and sustaining employment
- Mandatory savings program
- Committed to work cooperatively with staff and meet program expectations
- Length of stay is up to 18 months
