We're located in downtown Lakeland, at 803 E. Palmetto St., right across from the Public Library. Our hours are:   

Mondays through Thursdays:    8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. 
Fridays:                                          8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

             We offer a wide range of programs, including:

                 •   Exercise classes 
                 •   Card games 
                 •   Art classes and crafts 
                 •   Health and educational presentations 
                 •   Day trips                                                                                                                                                            •   Musical entertainment 
                                                                                               •   Computer assistance 
                                                                                               •   Bingo, two afternoons a week

We also offer lunch for seniors 60 and older, every day at 11:30 a.m. The cost is only $1. The meal is provided through our partner, Polk County Fellowship Dining.
