Catholic Charities of Central Florida Women, Children and Families Program Case management serves families and individuals who are experiencing a wide range of social and personal problems. These problems may include: Case Management

  • Homelessness
  • Crisis Pregnancy
  • Adoption
  • Job Loss & Foreclosure
  • Family violence
  • Substance abuse and addiction
  • Sexual abuse, incest
  • A trauma such as suicide
  • Family issues related to aging parents
  • Homicide
  • Disability
  • Chronic illness issues
  • Parent-child issues
  • And other problems that affect the family's or individual's ability to cope.

Services may be one or a combination of the above, responding to a crisis, an accident, referral to a needed service, help with accessing services and benefits, advocacy, help with developing a plan of action and following through. Services may also include one or a combination of the following:

  • Money management
  • Health management
  • Child Care Skills
  • Abstinence Education & Character Development
  • Professional counseling and family therapy
