Catholic Charities of Central Florida Women, Children and Families Program Case management serves families and individuals who are experiencing a wide range of social and personal problems. These problems may include: 
- Homelessness
- Crisis Pregnancy
- Adoption
- Job Loss & Foreclosure
- Family violence
- Substance abuse and addiction
- Sexual abuse, incest
- A trauma such as suicide
- Family issues related to aging parents
- Homicide
- Disability
- Chronic illness issues
- Parent-child issues
- And other problems that affect the family's or individual's ability to cope.
Services may be one or a combination of the above, responding to a crisis, an accident, referral to a needed service, help with accessing services and benefits, advocacy, help with developing a plan of action and following through. Services may also include one or a combination of the following:
- Money management
- Health management
- Child Care Skills
- Abstinence Education & Character Development
- Professional counseling and family therapy
