How to Avoid Falling in Love with a Jerk or Jerkette

Good marriages are the foundation of good families. This is designed to provide singles (and singles-again) with a plan for pacing relationships and exploring the key areas that foreshadow what a partner would be like in marriage. If you are on “jerk-alert,”  you can avoid a lot of heartache.  www.lovethinks.com

Coping in Today’s World

Modern life is not easy and our stress levels have been heightened by the recession. This workshop encourages us to look after ourselves and our own sanity so that we can be at our best and give of ourselves more generously.

Looking in the Mirror

We are often most uncomfortable when we have to face ourselves.  Negative past experiences, setbacks in our present lives, and anxiety about the future can undermine our self esteem. This workshop provides tools and skills to help us learn to genuinely love ourselves.

Parenting with Confidence

For most people the greatest work they will do in their lives is to raise children and bring them to mature adulthood. We know it’s not easy!  This workshop draws on the experience of the best and worst of parenting. Parents, grandparents and all who interact with the young can learn from this workshop.
