Pamela Gilardi (President)
Prior to becoming President of CCCF’s Corporate Board of Directors, Pam served as Vice President and Treasurer. She and her husband are co-founders of The Father's Table Foundation having owned several food businesses over the years. Pam has also been actively involved with Catholic Relief Services, serving on their Advisory Board and traveling overseas with them. Pam is certified in NonProfit Management from Rollins College.
Douglas Metcalf (Vice President)
A longtime Winter Park resident, Doug Metcalf is president of Communications Consultants, a telecommunications consulting firm providing cost analysis and management services to Fortune 500 corporations and business associations including Wells Fargo, SunTrust, Wachovia, American Express, Honeywell and Sears. In 2005 Doug retired from the Air Force Reserve as a Major General, the highest reserve rank achievable. He also was elected three times as a City Commissioner in Winter Park, Florida, retiring in March, 2008 after eight years in office.
An active volunteer, Doug has chaired several community organizations including the Winter Park’s Lakes and Waterways Board and the Florida Hospital Children’s Circle of Care; served as president of the Rollins College Booster Club; currently serves on the Board of Catholic Charities of Central Florida, and has been involved with several other organizations including the Orlando Museum of Art, the March of Dimes, the Florida Symphony, and Give Kids the World.
Doug received his BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
He and his wife, Linda, have been married for 35 years and attend St. Margaret Mary church in Winter Park.
Ronald Nowviskie (Secretary)
Ron is Vice President & Senior Property Manager for Root Real Estate
Corp., in Ormond Beach. He has been a resident of Ormond Beach and a
member of Prince of Peace Parish since 1970. He graduated from Morris
Harvey College (Charleston,WV) in 1967 with a BS in Accounting. He is
the regional representative for Daytona/Cocoa on the Catholic Charities
Corporate Board, and is also active with the United Way of Volusia &
Flagler Counties and Boys & Girls Clubs of Volusia/Flagler Counties.

Very Reverend Christopher
Hoffmann (Treasurer)
Fr. Chris was ordained a Priest on Dec.5, 1987 and has served the Lord
at many different churches and schools. After completing his undergraduate
degree in Accounting from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Fr. Chris
graduated from St. Mary's Seminary, Baltimore in 1987 with a Masters
of Divinity. Fr. Chris is a reserve chaplain in the Air Force with
the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He is the co-chair of an ecumenical,
peace and justice organization in Polk County.
Albert Dotson
Al is a retired Mechanical Engineer. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. Al is a member of Resurrection Catholic Church in Lakeland. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2505 in Lakeland, Florida and a Past Grand Knight. He is a member of Father Mendoza General Assembly of the Knights of Columbus and a Past Faithful Navigator. Al is a member of the Western Regional Advisory Board of Catholic Charities and the regional representative for the Western Region on the Catholic Charities Corporate Board. Al has recently completed eight years on the Diocesan School Board, where he serves as vice-chairperson for three years. He was also a committee member on the Diocesan Synod Commission for Education. Al has also served on the Advisory Boards of Resurrection Catholic Elementary School and Santa Fe Catholic High School. Al and his wife Nancy have been married for forty six years and have three sons, Albert, Jr., Anthony Michael and Mark.
Alfred Harms, Jr., Vice Admiral/USN
(ret)
Al Harms currently serves as Vice President for Strategic Planning
and Initiatives and Special Assistant to the President at the University
of Central Florida. In addition to his responsibilities on the
university’s senior leadership team, he serves on various academic,
scientific, corporate and philanthropic boards across the nation. Prior
to joining UCF in mid-2005, he completed a distinguished career in
the U.S. Navy with multiple staff and operational sea tours, including
command of the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68).
Following promotion to Flag (General Officer) rank, Vice Admiral Harms
had five follow-on assignments and concluded his active service as
the Navy’s Chief Learning Officer. A proud graduate of
the University of Illinois and Texas A&M University, he also completed
the U.S. Navy’s Test Pilot School, the Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion
Training Program and the NATO Defense College
James Kuncis
Mr. Kuncis is a Vice President with the North Highland Company. He has 17 years of experience in Business Process improvement, corporate governance, large–scale system implementation, and project management.
Terry M. Sanks
Terry M. Sanks is a Founding Partner the law firm of Beusse Wolter Sanks Mora & Maire, P.A. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University, a Master of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering Emphasis) from the California State University at Fresno, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University.
In addition to the time he dedicates to Catholic Charities, Terry has also volunteered his time supporting activities that benefit children including serving on school advisory boards, school band booster boards, coaching and sponsoring traveling basketball teams, and coaching middle school volleyball teams. Terry also volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing children in abuse and neglect cases.
He and his wife, Twyla, have been married 21 years, and have a son and two daughters, Terry J., Taryn, and Tori. The family attends St. Mary Magdalen church in Altamonte Springs.
Aldo L. Ahlers, Jr.
Aldo L. Ahlers, Jr. received his B.A. in International Business from Rollins College He is currently a candidate for receiving his Masters in Business Administration at the Crummer Graduate School of Business. Aldo speaks Spanish and German and has a passion for learning new languages.
He currently serves as Graduate Assistant to the VP of Institutional Advancement at Rollins as well as an advisor to the Catholic Campus Ministries (Rollins' Newman Club). He spent most of his college career working in the Office of Residential Life, Office of the Registrar, and recently spent a summer as a Management Intern for the Florida Hospital Institute of Lifestyle Medicine in Celebration, FL. He has also been actively involved as a community volunteer and translator in Orlando as well as his hometown, Managua, Nicaragua.
Captain Miguel A. Pagán
Captain Miguel A. Pagán is a member of the Orange County Sheriff's Office. He has been in law enforcement for 29 years. Miguel has an Associate in Science in Criminal justice from Valencia Community College, Bachelors in Liberal Studies with a Minor in Human Behavior from Barry University. He also has graduate credits in Pastoral Ministry and Theology from Loyola University of New Orleans and Franciscan University of Steubenville. Miguel is an Ordained Permanent Deacon with the Catholic Diocese of Orlando and is assigned to St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church. He is married to Lourdes Pagan. They have two children and two grand-children.
Stefan Rubin, Esq.
Stefan Rubin is a Partner in the Corporate Group of the law firm of Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A. He earned his Juris Doctorate and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Florida, and is also a licensed CPA. For several years prior to joining our board, Mr. Rubin served as volunteer outside general counsel to Winterfest, Inc., the not-for-profit corporation responsible for the annual Winterfest Boat Parade in Fort Lauderdale, Florida which at the time was the largest one-day live audience event in the State of Florida and the seventh largest one-day spectator event in the country.
Kristi Bennett
Kristi Bennett is Marketing Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Kristi also volunteers with the SPCA of Central Florida.
Chris Gardner has been a resident of Winter Park for 34 years and is a parishioner of St. Margaret Mary Church in downtown Winter Park. Chris owns Condev Homes, a residential real estate development and construction company.
Chris earned his BA from Appalachian State University and is a graduate of the Crummer School of Business Management Program at Rollins College. Chris and his wife Montye have been married for 9 years and have two daughters, Anna Grace and Julia.
Mary Ann Fox
Mary Ann Fox is starting her fifth year as a Middle School Religion Teacher at Annunciation Catholic Academy. She has been involved in religious education since 1991. Mary Ann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Services Administration from the University of Scranton. She also has a Masters Degree in Religious Education from Loyola University in New Orleans.
Mary Ann is originally from Pennsylvania and has lived in Central Florida for 22 years. Mary Ann and her husband, Greg, have been married for 21 years and have three sons. She is a member of Annunciation Catholic Church. Her ministries include Baptismal Coordinator, Sacristan and Committee Chair for the Liturgy and Worship Committee on the Pastoral Council.
Shelly has been recognized on numerous occasions for her community involvement. Her many acknowledgements include, Community Volunteer of the Year by The Golden Rule Foundation (two years in a row), Volunteer of the Month by Florida Hospital Foundation, and Hometown Hero by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and recognition by the Orlando Business Journal as an outstanding Businesswoman in Orlando. CES has been recognized in 2009 by the Orlando Business Journal as the “Best Place to Work in Central Florida” and by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) for Business of the Year for Specialty Contractor over 100 Employees and Business of the Year for Community Service Achievement. The company has also been recognized many times over the years from ABC for Excellence in Construction on the many projects we have completed.
